Direct Primary Care (DPC) is a modern approach to healthcare designed to restore the direct relationship between doctor and patient. It has been successfully practiced for over 20 years and is supported by the American Academy of Family Physicians. In our Direct Primary Care practice, we do not accept or bill medical insurance for our services. By removing the insurance middleman, we are able to provide care the way medicine was truly meant to be — Accessible, Comprehensive, and Rooted in the Doctor-Patient Relationship.
This model allows us to spend more time with our patients and offer same-day or next-day appointments without the rushed, impersonal experience common in traditional healthcare. We are able to communicate directly through office visits, tele-health, phone calls, text messages, or even home visits when needed. For a simple monthly membership fee, patients receive unlimited office visits with ample time, discounted pricing on supplements and IV therapies and Injectable treatments. Most importantly is having direct access to your physician instead of a nurse practitioner or physician assistant.

We're a Direct Primary Care (DPC) practice. DPC is a unique approach to healthcare and our patients love it. So, how is it different?
Did you know that most primary care physicians manage between 2,500 and 3,500 patients? In our Direct Primary Care model, we intentionally limit our practice to fewer than 600 patients per doctor. This smaller patient panel allows us to dedicate more time to you—especially when you need it most. When we’re not seeing patients in the office, we use that time to coordinate care with specialists, review test results, and thoroughly research treatment options, including evidence-based natural and holistic approaches. Our goal is to ensure that every patient receives thoughtful, personalized, and comprehensive care.
We do not bill or accept insurance. By removing the middleman, your healthcare decisions stay where they belong—between you and your doctor. Without interference from insurance companies or third-party administrators, we are free to focus entirely on what matters most: your health. Our simple monthly membership fee makes it easy to access high-quality, personalized care without unexpected costs or bureaucracy. Forget waiting weeks to see your doctor. With our Direct Primary Care model, scheduling an appointment is simple and stress-free. Most visits can be scheduled the same or next day, and there are no copays or hidden fees—your visits are included in your monthly membership. Getting the care you need should be that easy.
You can reach us easily—by email, phone, video chat, or in person. Our patients enjoy direct access to their doctors without the long waits or endless phone trees common in traditional practices. While we maintain healthy boundaries to ensure quality care and work-life balance, we make it a priority to respond promptly during normal business hours and address urgent concerns as soon as possible. This model allows us to be more available, more responsive, and more connected to our patients when they need us most.
As a member of our practice, you’ll receive a 10% discount on most supplements and injectable therapies.
This includes:
• Vitamin B12 injections
• Intravenous therapies such as Meyer’s Cocktail, high-dose Vitamin C, IV iron, and chelation treatments
Please note that certain products — such as Nutrafol hair supplements and EltaMD sunscreen creams — are excluded from this discount.
Former patients are still welcome to refill supplements at the regular price even if they are not currently enrolled as DPC members.
Our fees are simple and transparent, as they should be. No hidden fees or complex invoicing. You'll know exactly what you're paying and exactly what you're getting.
Enrollment Fee*
There is a one-time, nonrefundable enrollment fee of $100/patient or $150/family. There is a re-enrollment fee of $150/patient that must be paid to reactivate an account that is allowed to lapse without payment for 45 days or that has been voluntarily terminated by the patient.
*2025-2026 Enrollment fee waived for current patients of Dr. Takemoto-Gentile.
