In contrast, most traditional family physicians care for 3,000 or more patients — which often means shorter visits and less personal attention.
By keeping our practice small, we’re able to provide top-quality, personalized care to every patient.

Our services include chronic disease management such as diabetes, thyroid disorders, high blood pressure, hormone replacement therapy, mental health care, urgent care visits, sports medicine, medical weight management, and annual physicals.
Need to be seen?
We’re here for you — most appointments are available as soon as the next day, at no additional cost.
Most appointments are around 30 minutes, but we’ll take as long as 90 minutes when needed.
We believe good healthcare can’t be rushed — your time with us is your time.
Many common in-office procedures — like minor suturing, cryotherapy, and skin biopsies — are fully covered by your membership.
For any service that involves an additional cost, we’ll discuss it with you ahead of time so there are no surprises. Members also receive discounted rates on specialized labs and procedures not included in the standard membership.
If you require a consultant for specialty medical care, we will work closely with that specialist.
